If you want to lose fat permanently, then here are some things you must avoid, because none of them work:

  • Quick fix gimmicks
  • Prepackaged "convenience" foods

In fact, the first thing you can do is put your scale in a closet, and forget about dieting.

Scale weight is not only irrelevant, but it can be wildly misleading.
