What Is the Best Whey Protein Powder?

Visitor Question:

What protein powders do you recommend?

Lifetime Fat Loss Answers:

The whey powder I recommend is called Osolean and you can find information about it here. The reason I like it is because it's made up of just pure whey with no added fillers. In many protein powders made with whey there are high glycemic sweeteners and other non essential ingredients. These generally taste bad, you don't need the extra "stuff" and sometimes it's fattening. I have not found a commercial protein powder on the market, other than the Osolean, that I thought tasted "alive" and fresh because they are usually over processed with lots of processed filler ingredients.

With the Osolean you get only the pure, dried whey so you greatly reduce all the processing. The whey contains protein and some vitamins and minerals, so all you need to add are the fresh fruits (and veggies too,) maybe an omega 3 food like flaxseed meal and you could add a nut or other seed butter if it's a meal replacement shake. The idea is to pack in as much nutrition as you can so it will fill you up as well as sustain you for several hours.

Whey powder is the dried form of the liquid remaining after milk has been curdled and strained. It's used to produce cheese but also as a food supplement because it supports muscle growth. It has also been found to stimulate insulin so it can help you to manage your blood sugar. It's really a great source of protein for those needing to manage their weight or just needing more calcium and protein.

When you add the Osolean to your juice smoothie you are adding not only the protein but some fat burning power. This particular whey product was formulated to assist you in burning fat. I've got lots of recipes for protein shakes and juices. You can start here. The Osolean is sold through distributors. You can purchase at the cheapest price by calling me at 800-485-5373.
